Plaque to Mark Tree Planting

A plaque has been erected to mark the tree planting carried out by Priory Rotary Club in association with South Wootton Parish Council, South Wootton in Bloom and children from North Wootton Junior School in 2022 and 2023 on land adjacent to Wootton Park. The planting marked the 50th anniversary of the club and was funded by a grant from the Tree Council’s Branching Out Fund.

We are grateful to Borough Councillor Richard Coates who arranged the funding of the plaque through the Borough Council’s Community Projects Fund.
