Priory Rotary Quiz Night Raises Funds for Local Charities

There was a fantastic turnout when Priory Rotary Club held their bi-annual quiz night at South Wootton Village Hall on Wednesday November 29th, with 15 teams of 6 taking part. Many thanks to Trevor and Jan Clutterbuck for acting as quizmasters and scorers on the night. Everyone seemed to enjoy the evening with 8 quiz rounds and 2 marathons producing a wide range of challenging questions. Refreshments in the interval, provided by our very own Ann Pacini with help from Liz Eagling, were greatly appreciated. Thanks to everyone who came on the night, an incredible £483 was raised for Priory’s Benevolent Fund, which will be used to support some of the many charities supported by the Rotary club.
